SIGMA4UK Ltd is looking for 2 service engineers to work on the on-field technical assistance service of the Ticket Vending Machines that will soon be installed in the stations where the English railway transport company Avanti West Coast operates

Minimum Requirements:

• living in or willing to move permanently in one of the following cities or in the neighborhood: Lancaster (Lancashire), Birmingham (West Midlands);

• willingness to move to Italy for at least one continuous month, at company expense, to attend the specialization course on Ticket Vending Machines at the Monterubbiano (FM) training centre of the parent company SIGMA S.p.A.;

• have at least a college education level in technical-scientific;

• have at least one year of experience in maintenance of electronic or electromechanical equipment;

• be an English mothertongue or have an English language knowledge at least at a certified B1 level;

• possess a driving license that allows the use of commercial vehicles on the UK territory;

• have a good computer knowledge (hardware, software and operating systems) and the ability to use a portable PC very well;

• be analytical, punctual, focus to details, autonomous and problems solving oriented;

• ability to integrate within an organization.

Preferential requirements:

• previous experience in the maintenance of Ticket Vending Machines or ATMs (Automated Teller Machines);

• knowledge of the Italian language.

Working hours: 40 hours a week plus telephone availability in shifts on weekends.

Gross salary: £ 32,000 per year.

Job opportunity:

In this role you will be responsible for providing second level support at customer sites, handling installations, maintenance, hardware repairs and software configuration to Automated Teller Machines (ATMs).
You will be field based, travelling to customer sites around Slovakia.
The ATMs are designed-manufactured-installed-and-maintained by Sigma group.

The company will provide all the necessary specialized training and all the necessary equipment.
