SIGMA maintenance services are provided on hardware, software or embedded systems.

In order to ensure maximum availability of the products, about one third of SIGMA staff is dedicated only to this service.

SIGMA service infrastructure is divided into:

  • Help Desk
  • repair centers
  • territorial areas
  • technical centers

Services can be divided into 3 main categories:

  • on-site
  • in-factory
  • global-service

The on-site service is performed directly at the place of use of the products according to one of the following types:

  • standard maintenance
  • extraordinary maintenance

The in-factory service is performed in our repair centers according to one of the following types:

  • standard repair
  • extraordinary repair

The global service solutions are customized to specific needs of our Customers and are designed to ensure the continuous operation of complex system through their constant monitoring and all the necessary activities to ensure their correct operation.
