TICKET DISPENSERS
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:Different type of ticket dispensers can be used according to different customer needs. All ticket dispensers have touch screen display size, from 7” in Crono model, to 22” in Otti model. All ticket dispensers are equipped with a badge reader, or with a barcode reader, or with an RFID reader. Ticket are printed on thermal paper and automatically cut. All systems are made to operate in public accessed area, therefore, they are manufactured with rounded corners and in compliance with disabled people regulations.

WAITING AREA DISPLAY
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:These displays show the evolution of the calls made by the counters. They communicate with central unit via LAN and are customizable both in content and lay-out. They are equipped with speakers to transmit the audio of the call (or the buzzer associated with the call).

COUNTER DISPLAY
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The counter displays are placed close to the counters, fixed to the wall and/or to the ceiling. They are connected to queue management system via LAN. The layout is configurable according to default scheme. Power over Ethernet models permit an easier installation.

SOFTWARE AND ACCESSORIES
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:The web application can be used remotely via http protocol, the use of web interface allows full compatibility with most of operating system, avoiding the installation and management of software on counter PC and uses a communication protocol easily adaptable to the network security policy. The application can be centralized trough virtualization. It can be also externalized using web service commands and functions that allow integration with external system.
