Degree in Mathematics. After a job in a software house and a brief period of teaching in Computer Science, in 1997 came in R&D of Sigma S.p.A. as software engineer. He takes part in important projects and becomes project team manager and after manager of all software department. He has been R&D Manager since 2004.

She worked in general accounting, budget and personnel management, since 1991 she has been Chief Administrative & Financial Officer.
Born in Ancona 1981, he graduated in Mechanical Engineering at the Marche Polytechnic University in 2005. After a three years’ work experience in the automotive industry in USA, he started working with Sigma 2008 as a member of the production logistics team. He is production manager since 2017.
