The Global Service Division accomplishes this task through the activities of Installation and Maintenance, assisting customers according to multiple and agreed procedures designed to ensure the highest availability of SIGMA solutions.
The organization is widely present all over Italy and France and is made up of a Multilingual Help Desk, three repair centers strategically distributed and a team of technical staff whose number is steadily increasing in line with the growth of the products installed.
Depending on the needs of customers, service activity can be up to H24 coverage seven days a week, uses the most modern technology available, including, if possible, teleservice. The territorial coverage is guaranteed by the Global Service Division in Italy, by the company Sigma Automatique SAS (100% SIGMA SpA) in France and Certified Partners in the rest of the world.
